CUSTOMER SERVICE
>> COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
If the customer is unable to bring the items to our premises in person due to work commitments or distance, our company offers a collection and delivery service directly to your home.
>> TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE
Once the item has been received, one of our specialist technicians will dismantle it and then provide an accurate and detailed quote for the work to be carried out. Work will only commence once the quote has been accepted by the customer. The technician remains available to answer any queries or assist with any requirements, both during the repair and once it has been completed, thereby ensuring a comprehensive service..
>> TRACK ASSISTANCE
We offer the option of having a specialist on track (daily, subject to prior arrangement) to help improve rider-bike efficiency; for amateur riders, this also helps to refine their racing lines and riding techniques.
